ICT Training Policy
The Iwukem Development Foundation (TIDF) is committed to equipping individuals with essential digital skills through our ICT Training programme. This initiative aims to enhance employability and foster entrepreneurship in the modern economy. Below are the criteria and processes for eligibility and application:
Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Requirement
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
2. Education Level
Applicants must have completed at least primary, secondary school education or equivalent.
3. Proof of Identity
Applicants must provide valid identification, such as a government-issued ID card or passport.
4. Basic Literacy Requirement
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to read and write. This can be proven through previous coursework, certifications, or a skills assessment.
5. Personal Statement
Applicants must submit a personal statement (300 words) outlining their interest in ICT, career goals, and how the training will benefit them.
6. Letters of Recommendation
Applicants must provide at least two letters of recommendation from teachers, employers or supervisors, school Principals, mentors, or community leaders who can speak to their character and potential.
7. Commitment to Complete Training
Applicants must commit to completing the entire duration of the training programme.
