The Iwukem Development Foundation (TIDF) is a registered non-profit organisation committed to empowering the under-privileged through personalised vocational and professional development. Formed in 2024, TIDF focuses on offering scholarships, vocational, technical training, and mentorship to assist individuals attain their academic and career dreams.
At TIDF, we believe in the transformative power of education and endeavour to provide opportunities for those who face barriers to accessing quality education. Our efforts are driven by a dedicated team and a network of partners who share our commitment to creating a transformative change in communities.

Aims and objectives of The Iwukem Development Foundation
1. Formal and Non-Formal Education: Creating centres in the slum areas to deliver formal and non-formal education.
2. Advancement of Education: Working for the advancement of education, particularly in Arts, Science, Commerce, Vocational, Technology, Medicine, and healthcare among disadvantaged and minority communities.
3. Guidance and Financial Help: Providing guidance and financial aid to educational institutions and philanthropic bodies working for underprivileged minority communities.
4. Awareness Creation: Creating awareness for higher and professional education and employment opportunities.
5. Scholarships: Granting scholarships, especially to the needy and deserving students and trainees of professional Institutes.
6. Aid to Needy: Extending monetary and food aid to the poor, destitute, ailing, and disabled persons, orphans, widows, and people facing challenges.
7. Instituting Awards: Instituting and giving awards for meritorious students in respect of academic excellence and skills in debate and dialogue.
